This site is specifically recognizing women in Martial Arts. We love, appreciate, and are so proud of brothers in the arts, but we face unique challenges as women, and especially as the creators of this site are SMALL women. So our rules are as follows...

2. We do not trash men. We are here to bond as sisters, not put people down. Comments will be deleted.

3. Gentle is controlled strength. Our words are also our strength. Control them.
